  • Perfecting Chef Skills

    Over the last 2 weeks KS3 students have been learning how to prepare traditional French cuts of vegetables like a professional chef. Students have demonstrated the safe use of a chef's knife and speed peeler to prepare and make julienne, brunoise (fine dice), paysanne (slices) and batonnet carrots, cucumber and pepper.
