Alex Scarbro will be attending the Royal Life Saving Awards at The Guildhall in London this weekend where he will collect a certificate for Lincolnshire Young Lifesaver of the Year. He was nominated by Julie McConnell Wood, Sports Centre Manager.

Alex is also attempting a sponsored  22 mile( equivalent to Channel Crossing) swim using the Academy pool in aid of Aspire, an association for spinal injury research, rehabilitation and reintegration charity.
