Over the last 2 weeks KS3 students have been learning how to prepare traditional French cuts of vegetables like a professional chef. Students have demonstrated the safe use of a chef's knife and speed peeler to prepare and make julienne, brunoise (fine dice), paysanne (slices) and batonnet carrots, cucumber and pepper. Mrs Gollin (Food Teacher) was very impressed with the results
Proud of our students for being creative to raise money so they can go to the prom. Well done
