The Imp Design was inspired by Greek Goddess Gaia (Mother Nature and Creator).

 

The Greeks believed that Gaia created herself out of primordial chaos and that all living things return to her after their allotted span of life is over.
     

Gaia, personifies the entire ecosystem of Planet Earth. She is always working to achieve and maintain harmony, wholeness and balance within the environment. Live in balance with Mother Nature and she heals, nurtures and supports all life on this planet. Violate her laws and you pay the price in suffering and disease.

 

Designed and painted by Year 12 students from the Priory Lincoln Academy who wanted to raise the importance of caring for Planet Earth.

 

The Greek Symbols incorporated in the design represent Healing, Balance and Mother Nature.
